SERVICES:

ACCESS & PARKING:
All choir member are advised to park on roads around Crystal Palace FC sensibly. (Parking is FREE in all surrounding roads but CPFC request that we do not park in Holmesdale Road
If you are a musician and are unloading equipment, please enter via Whitehorse Lane - go past the club shop and Sainsburys on your left, and enter the pitch via Entrance X. Park and unload outside the back of the marquee. You will probably be net by a CPFC steward

PLEASE NOTE: Dependant on spaces outside the marquee, you may be asked to remove your
vehicle after unloading and park elsewhere.
WE CANNOT park in the car park immediately outside the grounds as this is being used for the
Olympic-themed community event
SOUND CHECKS:
Morning sound check: Singers and musicians need to gather next to the stage for 8.30pm
Evening Sound check: Singers and musicians to be next to the stage at 4.30pm
(Sound check finishes at 6pm when the doors opens to the public)
GOING HOME BETWEEN MEETINGS:
If you’re going home between sessions please ensure you are back on time

There will be nothing provided by CPF except PA / Monitors so please bring everything you need, ie music stand, chord charts, instrument, amp, stands etc

We will have access to a room designated by CPFC for chill-out time, in the STUDY SUPPORT CENTRE:
If you’re staying between meetings, there will be several food stalls. Sainsburys is open next door, plus there will be 'Acoustically Speaking' and the Youth concert to enjoy if you’re looking for entertainment in the afternoon
